STEP ONE

Initial Evaluation
& Inspection

Our Domestic Energy Assessors will carry out a 45-minute survey at a time that suits you. During the survey, they will review your heating, insulation, and all factors affecting your home’s energy efficiency.

Based on this assessment, we’ll determine which improvements can be made to raise your EPC rating by at least two bands.

NEXT STEP: Verification

STEP Two

Verification & Compliance Check

All survey findings and paperwork are reviewed by our office team to ensure we have everything required to submit to our funders and secure the funding for your property. Our Installation Managers and Gas Engineers then verify the photos and assess the feasibility of the planned works.

Every installation is carried out in full compliance with regulations, including Gas Safety and Health & Safety standards.

STEP Three

Completion & Installation

If you’ve had insulation installed, PAS 2030 requires that your home has adequate ventilation. This includes mechanical extractor fans in kitchens, bathrooms, utility rooms, and en-suites, as well as trickle vents on your windows (Airbox Trickle Vents).

Our qualified electricians will install these where needed and provide a Minor Electrical Installations Works Certificate. If your existing ventilation is already sufficient and working, no replacements will be necessary.
